MODIFICATION OF CENTRIFUGAL FORCE

Exists the possibility of adjusting the Centrifugal force of the external vibrator. By this way you can adapt
the external vibrator to diferent needs.
To achieve the adjustment is necessary to modify the eccentrics of the motor following some simple steps:
1. Make sure the motor is completely unplugged
from the power supply.
2. Remove the side covers from the housing. To
do this, you must remove the 4 allen head
screws that hold each one
3. Loosen the axle nuts.
4. Remove the number of eccentrics required and
reassemble them turned 180º. With the
eccentrics pointed to the same way, the
centrifugal force is 100%. By each eccentric
turned in each side, the centrifugal force is
modified a 22% of the total.
IMPORTANT: ECCENTRIC MUST BE
MODIFIED EQUALLY IN BOTH SIDES.

5. Put the nuts back on the shaft.
