3. Trim sender wiring is included in the Engine Cable
Wiring Diagram in all engine workshop manuals.
The new sender is wired differently, as in this
diagram, NOT like the diagrams in the existing
manuals.
4. Use socket installer tool to insert terminals on
sender wires into connector.
•
Black wire goes in hole labeled C
•
Brown wire goes in hole labeled A
•
Hole labeled B is left empty
5. Finished assembly, connector on sender wires.
6. Finish sender installation according to workshop
manual, including adjusting sender for correct
reading.
