5. Supply Tube and Supply Stop Connections
- Install the lavatory using the lavatory manufacturer's instructions.
Allow space for required penetration of supply tubes into supply
stops. Cut supply tubes if necessary.
- Connect the tailpiece into the trap. The tailpiece should extend 1"
(2.5cm) to 2" (5cm) into the trap.
- Carefully bend supply hoses to align with supply stops.
- Mount hose fittings into supply stop outlets.
- Tighten all coupling nuts.
6. Installation Checkout
- Ensure all coupling nuts are tight.
- Open the drain.
- Turn on main water supply and check for leaks. Repair as needed.
- Remove aerator assembly by turning it counterclockwise.
- Turn faucet handles on and run hot and cold water through the
spout for about a minute to remove debris. Check for leaks. Turn
faucet off.
- Remove any debris from aerator and reinstall.
