Settings
The motion sensor can distinguish between
day and night. You can adjust how dark it has
to be for the motion sensor to be activated.
The motion sensor can be activated
regardless of the ambient light when the
LUX button is set to the position with the sun
(max.). It can also be activated at an ambient
light below 10 lux if the LUX button is set to
the position with the moon (min.).
Adjustable sensitivity: You can adjust the
sensitivity of the motion sensor to suit the
installation site. At the lowest sensitivity
the motion sensor range is 5 metres. At the
highest sensitivity the motion sensor range is
10 metres.
Good

The operating time on detection of motion
is increased automatically: If the motion
sensor detects further motion after the initial
motion that activates the motion sensor,
the operating time will be counted from the
most recent detection.
Adjustment of operating time: You can adjust
the operating time on detection of motion.
The shortest operating time is 10 seconds ±
3 seconds. The longest operating time is 7
minutes ± 3 minutes.
Turn the SENS (sensitivity) button clockwise
to the + (max.) position. Turn the TIME
(operating time) button anticlockwise to the
- (min.) position. Turn the LUX (brightness)
button clockwise to the position with the sun
(max.).
When you turn on the power, the connected
equipment does not turn on. Wait 30
seconds. Once the motion sensor detects
motion, the connected equipment will turn
on. When the connected equipment turns
off , it will turn on again after 5-15 seconds if
the sensor detects motion again.
Walk into the motion sensor's detection
eld after 5-10 seconds to activate it again.
The connected equipment will now turn on.
Once motion is no longer detected in the
detection eld, the connected equipment
will turn off after the set operating time.
Turn the LUX button anticlockwise to the
position with the moon (min.). On this setting
(darkness), the motion sensor will not be
Poor
activated in daylight. If you cover the sensor
sensitivity
lens (e.g. with a cloth), the motion sensor
will be activated. When no more motion is
detected, the connected equipment will be
turned off after 5-15 seconds.
Note: When testing in daylight, the LUX
button must be turned to the position with
the sun (max.), as the motion sensor will
otherwise not detect motion.
NOTE:
Do not install on a surface that can move.
There must be no obstructions between the
sensor lens and the area to be monitored.
The motion sensor must not be installed in
places where hot air currents are present, e.g.
by the air outlets for air-conditioning systems
or heat sources.
