All Sporasub products have a warranty that covers
defects with regard to materials and construction for
a period of two years from the date of purchase.
The present warranty does not cover damages
due to:

Improper use or misuse of the product.
•
Changes
unauthorized personnel.
•
Accidents or natural events.
•
Use in chlorinated water or polluted water.
•
Use in liquids other than water.
•
Prolonged exposure to the sun or heat
sources.
Sporasub denies any liability for damages
caused to the user due to improper use of the
equipment.
This also applies to direct or indirect damages
of any nature caused to people or things due to
periods of non-use or misuse of the product.
