How to Use DRY VAC & SEAL or WET VAC & SEAL

1. Set desired date on Date Coder or press
DATE CODE Button to turn feature off.
Open Lid and rotate month and date
wheels on Date Coder until desired date
lines up with indicator arrows.

Tips for Using Date Coder:
• Date Coder will automatically stamp bags when using DRY VAC & SEAL or
WET VAC & SEAL.
• For stamping on bag, choose month and year, month and day, or month and
series (1, 2, 3, ...).
• To turn off Date Coder function, press DATE CODE Button to cancel stamping
bag.
Tips for WET VAC & SEAL
1. Place Vacuum Sealer on top of Roll Caddy to elevate Seal Bar.
2. Roll over top edge of bag when filling with food to avoid getting liquids on edge of bag.
3. Fill bag no more than halfway full, then stand bag up on counter vertically to eliminate air bubbles.
If necessary, rest bag in an open kitchen drawer in order to keep it upright.
4. Proceed as usual, using WET VAC & SEAL button.
5. Cycle time will be longer for WET VAC & SEAL than DRY VAC & SEAL.

bag is inside Chamber and bag is flat with
no folds or wrinkles. If using WET VAC &
SEAL, stand bag up on counter to make
sealing easier and help remove air bubble.
You may use Vacuum Sealer
with or without Roll Caddy,
when sealing dry foods.
4. Lower Lid and push Lid Lock Lever down
to
to lock Lid in place. Press DRY
VAC & SEAL or WET VAC & SEAL Button.

• To prevent overheating, allow
20 seconds between each bag
that is vacuum-sealed.

• Wipe out Vacuum Seal Chamber between
each cycle.
