In large rooms, when a greater evaporation output is required, the air humidiier can be posi-

tioned close to a radiator (Do not exceed a maximum temperature of 50°C).
The humidiication of the air is restricted in a situation where there is a strong circulation of air
•
in the room (e.g. open windows and in rooms with high ceilings).
Please note that the humidity increases as the air becomes warmer and eventually undesired
•
condensation may occur.
• Recommended values for air humidity in living rooms: 50–60%
TROUBLE SHOOTING
NO WATER display lights up even though device has been illed with water, ventilator does not work:
Check that the upper part has been placed on the base correctly.
Low performance:
Carry out maintenance as described in the chapter on "Cleaning Procedure"; if air humidity is al-
ready high, the output of the device will be reduced.
REPAIR/DISPOSAL
Repairs to all electric devices (including replacement of the power cable) may only be per-

formed by instructed experts. Carrying out inappropriate repairs voids the warranty and no
liability shall be accepted.
• Do not use any sharp, abrasive objects or corrosive chemicals.
Disable devices that are to be discarded immediately (by cutting of the power cable) and dis-

pose of them at an appropriate waste collection centre.
Do not dispose of electrical devices in the household refuse. Use the oicial recycling collection
•
centres, where available.
