ON-OFF DOSING

Constant dosing that activates when the measure moves away from the desired
value.
Set Off. = Value of the measure that causes the STOP of the dosing
Set On = value of the measure that causes the START of the dosing.
% Flowrate =% constant dosing flow rate
Del.On = seconds expected before dosing when measure exceeds the Set On
value.
The hysteresis between Set Off and Set On allows the measure to reach a value in the range between the two values.
ATTENTION: choose for Set On a value different from Set Off.
EXAMPLE OF SETTING SET-OFF
The factory settings allow to dose Chlorine in the plant.
With a measure equal to or greater than 1.30ppm the pump does not dose.
With a measure equal to or less than 1.10ppm the pump doses at 80% of the maximum flow.
Example:
The measure drops from 1.40ppm to 1.10ppm without dosing. At this point the pump waits 3 seconds before starting to
dose. As long as the measure remains below 1.30ppm the pump continues to dose at the programmed flow rate of 80%.
When the measure reaches 1.30ppm it stops dosing.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
WARNING!! The factory parameters
shown are also valid for the pump
version combined with the
potentiostatic chlorine probe
0-2.0ppm. In the application of water
purification, the desired chlorine
values are much lower. So in case
of restoration of the factory
parameters the pump must be
reprogrammed with the desired
chlorine values!!!
In the Dosing menu, select "ON-OFF" by the cursor
and press ENTER.
The factory parameters are shown in the figure on the
left.
Use the ▼ ▲buttons to move the cursor and select
the parameter to be modified and press ENTER to
enter the modification.
Use the ▼ ▲ keys to select the desired value and
press the ENTER button each time to confirm the
change.
If you want to esc programming and return to
measurement, press ESC for 3 seconds.
