2. Driver Installation

2.1 For Windows 98(SE):
1. Start Windows. After the opening banner, Windows will tell you that
the new device has been detected. Click 'Next'.
2. In the next window, select 'Search for the best driver for your device'
and click 'Next'.
3. Insert the installation CD into the CD-ROM drive and check only
'Specify a location'.
4. Click 'Browse' to locate the driver on your driver CD-ROM. Click 'Ok'
when the driver is located. Click 'Next'.
5. Windows will start copying files to your system. When windows
prompt you to insert the Windows 98(SE) CDROM, insert the CDROM
and give the location of installation files (D:\Win98, assuming 'D:' is
your CD-ROM drive). Click 'Ok' to continue.
6. Click 'Finish' to complete. If you are prompted to restart the computer
after Windows finishes installing the driver, press 'Yes'.
2.2 For Windows ME:
1. Start Windows. Windows will prompt you that the new device has been
detected. Select 'Specify the location of the driver' and click 'Next'.
2. In next window, select 'Search for the best driver for your device'.
Insert the installation CD into the CD-ROM drive and check
'Removable Media'. Click the 'Next'.
3. Click 'Next'. Windows will start copying files to your system.
4.
Click 'Finish'. If you are prompted to restart the computer after
Windows finishes installing the drivers, click 'Yes'.
