Attaching the canopy to the
mounting bracket
□ Remove one of the preassembled canopy screws (II) from
the end of the mounting bracket (G). Loosen, but do not
remove, the second canopy screw (II).
□
Raise the canopy (E) up to the ceiling, slide the slotted hole
in the canopy over the loosened canopy screw (II), and twist
the canopy (E) to lock it in place on the screw (II).
□
Reattach the other canopy screw (II) to the canopy (E), and
tighten both screws securely with a Phillips screwdriver.

Attaching the light kit to the fan
□ Loosen, but do not remove, two of the light kit screws (JJ)
attached to the light kit plate (1) portion of the motor (C).
□
Remove the third light kit screw (JJ) from the light kit plate
(1) portion of the motor (C).
□
Raise the light kit (H) up to the motor (C) and connect the 9
pin connector (2) from the light kit (H) to the 9 pin connector
(3) from the motor (C). Ensure that the colors of the wires
match and that they are securely connected.
□
Tuck the wires into the motor (C), align the slots in the light
kit (H) with the loosened light kit screws (JJ), and twist to
lock in place.
□
Reinstall the previously-removed light kit screw (JJ) and
securely tighten all light kit screws (JJ) with a Phillips
screwdriver.
