If the configuration procedure was unsuccessful, you can reconfigure the 4HEATModule by pressing and holding 10 seconds
the button. If it is the WiKEY device it is necessary to press for three seconds the function button (c) (only if all three green
LEDs are not flashing) and then press for 10 seconds the (b) button.
Images and descriptions may vary depending on the device you are configuring.
Once the 4HEATModule device installation procedure is finished, it is recommended to close the app and restart it.
Close the app between open windows in background.
On Apple devices
• Double-tap the Home button of the 4HEAT
app to close it.
On Android devices
• Press the bottom right button for devices with
virtual keys or the bottom left button for
devices with fixed keys
• Swipe left on the 4HEAT app preview to close
it.
The procedure may vary from smartphone to smartphone.
