3. Connect the mains plug to the socket.
4. Use the control knob (1) to select the setting for thawing if you are
dealing with food that spoils easily, e.g. breast milk.
Gentle thawing results if you use either of the first two dot markings
on the scale.
You can select a higher setting for food such as purée that does
not spoil easily or if you are in a hurry.
The indicator lamp (2) now always lights up when a heating phase
is carried out.
5. When the food is defrosted and liquid, continue with point 4. under
"Warming food"on page 20.
Cleaning and care
Warning! To avoid the risk of electric shock, injury or
damage:
• take the plug out of the socket before cleaning the appliance.
• allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
• never immerse the appliance in water.
Caution! Under no circumstances use abrasive, corrosive or
scratching cleaning agents, as these could damage the appliance.
Wipe out the appliance using a damp cloth. The appliance must not
be immersed in water or washed in a dishwasher.
