Montage an beiden Seiten der
BS 2/R-..., BS 4/R-... parallel
durchführen.
Kette öffnen Fig. 5:

Vier Sechskantschrauben
M6x18 (SW10) der Getriebe-
motorbefestigung am Flansch
lösen.

Getriebemotor von
Sechskantkupplung abziehen.

Schutzkastenhälfte entfernen
4
Kettenschloss am Spannrad im
Kettenspanner positionieren (zu
erkennen an verzinkter Lasche und
Sicherungsringen).
5
Kettenspanner mit Stift,
Schraubendreher o.ä. festsetzen.
6
Kette öffnen, dazu Kettenschloss
entfernen.
7
Abdeckungen am Antriebskopf
abschrauben.
8
Kette soweit zur Umlenkung
zurückschieben, bis der markierte
Einbauort frei ist.
Weitere Vorgehensweise nach Fig. 3,
Schritte 1 bis 4, Seite 6!
Danach Kette verschließen nach Fig. 5,
Schritte 1 bis 8, Seite 10+11 !
Assemble parallel on both sides of the
BS 2/R-..., BS 4/R-....
Open chain Fig. 5:

Loosen the four M6x18 (SW10)
hexagonal screws fastening the gear
motor on the fl ange.

Pull the gear motor from the
hexagonal coupling.

Remove the protective housing half.

Position the master link on the
tensioning wheel of the chain
tensioner (can be recognized by the
galvanized lug and retainer rings).

Fasten the chain tensioner with pins,
screwdriver, etc.
6
Open the chain, remove the master
link.
7
Unscrew the covers on the drive
head.
8
Push the chain towards the return
unit until the marked installation
section is free.
Follow the steps in Fig. 3, steps 1 to 4,
page 6!
Afterwards, close the chain as shown in
Fig. 5, steps 1 to 8, pages 10+11!

Effectuer le montage des deux côtés de
la BS 2/R-..., BS 4/R-... parallèlement.
Ouvrir la chaîne Fig. 5 :
1
Desserer quatre vis à six pans creux
M6x18 (SW10) de la fi xation du
moteur à entraînement de la bride.

Retirer le moto-réducteur de l'arbre
hexagonal.
3
Retirer la moitié du carter de
protection.
4
Positionner le maillon raccord sur
la roue tendeuse dans le tendeur
de chaîne (reconnaissable à la
maille galvanisée et aux bagues de
sécurité).
5
Serrer le tendeur de chaîne avec
une goupille, un tourne-vis ou un
objet semblable.
6
Ouvrir la chaîne, pour cela,
démonter le maillon raccord.
7
Dévisser les couvercles de la tête
d'entraînement.
8
Tirer la chaîne le plus près du
renvoi jusqu'à ce que la position de
montage marquée soit libre.

Fig. 3, étape 1 à 4, page 6 !
Fermer ensuite la chaîne selon la Fig. 5,
étape 1 à 8, pages 10+11 !
