1. Introduction - Scope of the manual/Field of application

This manual refers to the Sydney 3 VCA-VCB-SELF-H125- H150 line of refrigerated cabinets.
The scope of the information that follows is that of providing indications concerning:
- Use of the cabinet;
- Technical characteristics;
- Installation and assembly;
- Information for the personnel in charge of its use;
- Maintenance operations.
The manual should be considered part of the cabinet and must be kept for the entire life of the cabinet
itself.
The manufacturer holds itself exempt from all responsability in the following circumstances:
- Improper use of the cabinet;
- Incorrect installation, not carried out according to the norms indicated;
- Defects in the electrical supply;
- Serious lacks in required maintenance;
- Unauthorised changes and modifications;
- Use of non-original spare parts;
- Partial or total non-observance of instructions given;
N.B.Electrical appliances can be dangerous for your health.
The norms and laws in force must be respected during installation and use.
Anybody using this cabinet must read this manual.

2. Presentation - Foreseen use (Fig. 1)

The Sydney 3 line of refrigerated cabinets is a complete line of display cases and semi-vertical wall-
units suitable for the storage and sale of pork products, dairy products, prepared products and
meat designed to be used with remote condenser unit.
They come in a range of models to meet the needs of the sales outlets of modern distribution. The
range is completed with corner cabinets, with open and closed 90° and 45° corners and the ROUND
version for open 90° and 45° corners.
The current versions are:
- Sydney 3 VCA 90 / 100 in lengths 937-1250-1875-2500-3125-3750 (Fig. 1);
- Sydney 3 VCB 90 / 100 in lengths 937-1250-1875-2500-3125-3750 (Fig. 1);
- Sydney 3 SELF 90 / 100 in lengths 937-1250-1875-2500-3125-3750 (Fig. 1);
- Sydney 3 H=125 / 150 in lengths 937-1250-1875-2500-3750 (Fig. 1).
For the Sydney 3 hot case and bain-marie versions (TCBM - TCPW), fish, bread, pastry and BT,
specific manuals are provided.
