Once the correct distance has been found, remove the grid and

re-fix the set screw on the shaft with the help of Allen key No. 3
(N).
Replace the container and fix it with the help of the two retaining knobs (F).

Sharpening the blades

WARNING: To carry out this operation, it is essential to wear protective gloves and follow the safety
recommendations since you will be working in direct contact with the blades.
First, press the ON/OFF switch on the machine to switch it off.

Then disconnect it from the electricity supply by unplugging
it. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
Next, open the four latches on the grid and remove it to gain

access to the blades.
Replace the grid on the top of the machine and fix it with the four

latches.
Unscrew the side knobs (F). Separate the container (B) from the

structure (A) of the machine.
To remove the blades and sharpen them, you must unscrew

the bolts that join them to the motor shaft using Allen key No.
4 (O). IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
