Rechargeable battery pack

Removing the blade guard
1. Remove the blade guard.

1. Mount the hook using a suitable Phillips screwdriver.

1. Push the battery pack into the mounting in the de-
vice until it audibly latches into place.

Basic operation
1. Check the tree and the branches to see if any dam-
age such as rot is present or if the branches are un-
der tension.
2. Hold the device firmly with both hands.

3. Use the hook to remove loose bark or branches.

Removing blockages
Wood chips or bark can lead to blockage of the cutting
