First Use

NOTICE: A dry filter cartridge will work slower until it has soaked for one day.
IMPORTANT! The first batch of water flushes any debris out of the system.
1. Clean the plastic parts. Refer to the "Clean the Plastic Parts" section.
2. Remove the lid and fill the upper container with water.
3. Replace the lid.
CAUTION: Risk of product damage. Do not use tools or overtighten the nut.
4. If leaking occurs from the spigot, use clean hands to tighten the nut. Do not
use tools.
5. Discard the first batch of water.
