b. Adjust the Split Leg Section to the desired lithotomy position. Tighten the Lithotomy
Lock Knob while gently moving the end of the split leg up and down to ensure that
the internal locking teeth are properly seated.
c. The built in clamp also has a safety warning device built into the Lithotomy Lock
Knob.
Do not position the products clamp over cut-outs in the side rail or a pivoting joint
in the table rails; the clamp may be broken when the table is articulated.

NOTE: This clamp is equipped with a safety clutch. If the Lithotomy Lock Knob is
securely tightened but the internal locking teeth are not fully engaged, they will
"pop" into position when loaded. If you hear the "pop" when applying a load to
the accessory, relieve the load and securely retighten the Lithotomy Lock Knob.
NOTE: To obtain maximum service life from this clamp always completely unlock the
Rotation Knob by turning it at least two full turns prior to adjusting the angle of
inclination.
Adjust for Abduction/ Adduction
To adjust the accessory for
abduction or adduction, loosen
the Accessory Lock Handle, as
shown next, and abduct or
adduct the Split Leg Section as
required. Tighten the Accessory
Lock Handle in the desired
position.
