make sure the valves are open and intact;
make sure the tubes, impeller and filter are not
obstructed;
the impeller should rotate freely;
make sure that the head required by the plant has
not changed;
check for leaks in the pipes;
make sure the impeller is not worn.

IMPELLER REPLACEMENT
IMPELLER DISASSEMBLING
Pumps repair and maintenance works must be carried out
only by skilled personnel, by using originals spare parts.

Lean the pump horizontally
Disassemble the suction flange group pos. 96-97
Take the impellers locking screw off pos. 94-95
Remove the impeller pos. 92 by the extractor pos.

IMPELLER ASSEMBLING
Verify that the end of the shaft is clean without
snaggings
Clean and remove each imperfection
Push the impeller in the shaft by the washer and
the impeller locking screw pos. 94-95
Tighten the impeller's screw by a tightening
couple of 34 Nm
Verify that it is possible to turn the impeller by
hand.
Assemble the suction flange with the tightening
couple.
