To select each program, press the

menu button (E) repeatedly until
the desired program is selected.
If you wish, you can also modify the
–
temperature and time parameters
of the predefined programs.
Once you have selected the
–
program and have adapted the
temperature and time to your
liking, press the start / stop button
(F) to start heating.
The display will show the
–
temperature the appliance is
reaching until it reaches the
desired temperature.
The start / stop button (F) will
–
stop flashing.
Note: During the heating state,
neither the temperature nor the
time can be changed.
The fryer makes a sound at the end
–
of heating. The previously selected
temperature and time will appear
on the display again.
If you want to shake food halfway
–
through cooking, you can simply
remove the tray from inside the
appliance and shake it. The (F)
button will flash.
Put the cuvette back in and press
–
button (F) again. The process will
continue its course.
Once the cooking time reaches its
–
end, pull out the basket outside the
appliance.
CAUTION: The frying basket and
the food will be very HOT.
Place the basket over a plain
surface able to work with high
temperatures.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING
THE APPLIANCE:
Unplug the appliance from
–
the mains.
Clean the appliance as it is
–
explained on the cleaning section.
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:
The appliance has a safety device,
–
which protects the appliance from
overheating.
If the appliance turns itself off and
–
does not switch itself on again,
disconnect it from the mains
supply, and wait for approximately
15 minutes before reconnecting.
If the machine does not start
–
again seek authorised technical
assistance.
Cleaning
Disconnect the appliance from the
–
mains and allow it to cool before
undertaking any cleaning task.
Clean the equipment with a damp
–
cloth with a few drops of washing-
up liquid and then dry.
Do not use solvents, or products
–
with an acid or base pH such as
