All parts included in delivery package have been properly packed and checked for completeness and
functionality. Should the product be incomplete, damaged or defect, please inform your healthcare
provider/physician immediately.
WARNING
Risk of strangulation from the cuff hose and blood pressure cuff!
Keep the blood pressure cuff out of the reach of children!

1. Unpack the entire delivery package and check that everything is present.
2. Inspect the blood pressure monitor to ensure there is no visible damage on the outside. If the blood
pressure monitor is damaged, have it repaired before use.
3. Keep the packaging so that it can be safely packaged at a later date.
