HOW TO OPERATE

Before first use, wipe down all surfaces with a damp, non-
abrasive cloth. Remove all protective paper and wrapping.
2.
Find a dry, level surface near an electrical outlet.
3.
Preheat the appliance by closing the lid and plugging
into an electrical outlet. The indicator light will
illuminate, signaling that the unit is heating up.
4.
Prepare your ingredients while the appliance is preheating. Whisk
your eggs together with ingredients in a small bowl. The four
cups hold about 2 large eggs, so about ½ an egg in each cup.
NOTE: Adding ingredients adds volume to the mixture, so two
eggs may end up making more than four. Adjust as needed.
5.
When the indicator light shuts off the unit is ready to cook.
6.
Raise the lid using the handle. Use an oven mitt or pot holder to prevent accidental burns.
7.
Spray the upper and lower cooking surfaces with a non-stick cooking
