Frost resistance of the system depends on the concentration of pure Propilene
glycol. So, you might to check the instruction in product labels.
Glycol proportion
Temp. protection
Proportion higher than 50% is not allowed
Attention
The DHW output should be insulated with a thickness according to regu-
lations and UV protection in outer sections.
In frost risk areas is highly recommended to isolate the cold water pipe and
use plastic pipes.
It is important to pay attention to the input of the pipes in the house. It is
necessary to seal properly the entry and make a siphon with a hole to drain
the water driven.
The equipment structures are calculated taking into account current
legislation concerning structural safety and
UNE-EN 1991-1-4:2018.
It is established a resistance to wind loads up 0.9 kN/m² and to stand a
snow load up to 0.35 kN/m². It is compulsory to revise the historical values of
wind and snow loads in the area where the equipment is going to be located.
