1. General Instructions
No modifications or alterations can be made to the product without authorisation from the manufac-
turer, in the event of this, the guarantee will be invalidated.
National standards and safety regulations must be observed.
2. Safety instructions
Caution! Danger of crushing third parties between the equipment and fork lift truck, or between
equipment and fixed obstructions!
Caution! The load may be dropped when manoeuvring on uneven ground; depending on the nature
of product this may be dangerous to third parties.
Make sure that there are no people or obstacles in the turning area of the tipper during the tipping
operation!
Only use suitable containers!
3. Use and intended purpose
The tipping skips are used for collecting and discharging waste and rubbish or raw materials and additives of
all kinds. What may be involved are light-weight bulk materials such as granular materials, packaging or other
materials. Hot materials must not be placed in the skips (max. of 50°C). The tipping skips (except the PG
types) are designed to be picked up on industrial trucks (lifting trolleys, fork-lift trucks).
4. Technical details
The tipping skip has an under frame with inserts for a fork lift truck, the skip has an integrated spring mechanism
to limit the tipping process to 90º. The mobile versions have two fixed and two swivel castors.

Do not exceed the maximum filling weight!
When driving the tipping container types PG, PB great inclines / slopes should be avoided.
In the case of great inclines/slopes there is a danger of the uncontrollable movement of the tipper!
To pick up the tipper on a fork lift truck drive the prongs into the recess in the sub-frame, before ensuring
the right distance of the prongs or correcting the prong size on the fork lift truck.
Secure the tipper against slipping off using the chain on the fork lift truck lifting mast. The spring hooks
must both be hooked into the ring nut on the sub-frame, the chain should always be hung under slight ten-
sion.
Never drive without the chain secured!
Transport the tipper to the place provided.
The speed of travel should be adapted to the state of the ground to avoid catapulting the filling out.
Avoid sudden braking during transport.
