Warranty Information
This Limited Warranty applies if you are a consumer and you purchased your device in any Member State
of the European Union, European Economic Area or in Switzerland.
Here's where we tell you what's covered in your warranty and what's not – good stuff and important too. Don't worry,
we'll make this as fast and enjoyable as possible.
Your full attention please.
The Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by statutory
warranty law. Those statutory warranty rights are not restricted by this Limited Warranty. As such, the Limited
Warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, your statutory warranty rights. If the device is defective you
may have statutory rights, in particular repair or replacement of the defective device, or alternatively, in some cases, a
price reduction or the right to cancel the contract and make a claim for damages or expenses. You have the choice of
making a claim under statutory warranty law or under this Limited Warranty.
Use it as any normal human being would.
Google warrants that the Pixel C, Pixel C Keyboard and the Pixel C Folio Keyboard (each a "device") will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as described in the user guide for two years from the date of
original purchase by you anywhere in the EEA and Switzerland ("Limited Warranty") – though it actually isn't all that
limited, when you start to think about it.
It matters where you bought it.
This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the EU, EEA and Switzerland and will apply only if you have
purchased your device from Google or its authorised resellers. This Limited Warranty can be redeemed anywhere in
the EU, EEA and Switzerland.
We cover a lot, but here's what's not covered.
This Limited Warranty only applies to hardware components (and not to any software elements) of the device and
does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse (including failure to follow product
documentation), neglect, disassembly, alterations and external causes, such as, but not limited to, extreme thermal or
environmental conditions. So if you're having any problems with your device, or even if you're not, visit

. We'll be more than happy to help you work out what the issue is.
We're not perfect, but we try very, very hard.
This Limited Warranty does not guarantee that use of the device will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Warranty remedy (what to do if something does go wrong with your device).
If a defect arises and you return your device during the one-year Limited Warranty period, Google will, at its sole
discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either repair your device using new or refurbished parts, replace your
device with a new or refurbished device functionally at least equivalent to yours, or accept the return of the device in
exchange for a refund of the purchase price that you paid for your device. If Google repairs or replaces your device, the
