DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USAGE
PREPARING FOR USE
In case of battery acid coming into contact with skin or eyes, quickly rinse off with soapy
water, seek medical attention immediately.
During operation, protect your eyes and clothing. Do not touch your eyes whilst handling the
battery.
Wear protective goggles and gloves.
Never use the product alone. Ensure someone is available and able to assist you in the
event of any issue or emergency.
Whilst using the device, remove any jewellery (bracelets or necklaces).
Be mindful of the engine's moving parts.
DO NOT
- Recharge the product with a damaged charger. Change chargers immediately.
- This device cannot replace the vehicle's battery. Do not attempt to start a vehicle that does
not have a battery.
- Do not attempt to dismantle the booster, or to change the product's battery. Tampering
with the product will void the warranty.
- Do not drop metal objects onto the product. Doing so may short-circuit the device.
- Do not immerse product in water.
- Never let the clamps touch each other; this may produce dangerous sparks, damage the
device, and/or cause an explosion.
- Do not insert any object into the DC charging socket, other than the charging plug.
- Never recharge or boost a battery that is frozen.
- Never use this product under the rain, or when the temperature exceeds 50°C.
-This product is not a toy, do not leave within reach of children.
- Never use the booster within close proximity to water or an open flame.
- This product is not designed for charging 6V or 24V batteries.
- The product may only be connected to a 12V lead battery.
- Using this product with any other type of battery (dry-cell household batteries, etc.) may
cause damages or an explosion.
ALWAYS VERIFY BEFORE USING
Verify in your vehicle's manufacturer booklet that using a booster is not prohibited. In this
case, the booster may damage your vehicle's electronic system.
Use the product in a dry and well-ventilated space.
AFTER USE
Replace the clamps back into their housing.
The switch must be reset to the OFF position.
Immediately replace any used or faulty parts.
Do not forget to recharge your device.
Store your booster in an upright position at all times.
LCD SCREEN OPERATION
The following actions will start the device and activate the LCD screen:
Note: Observe the voltage indicator on the LCD screen and always following below
guidance:
• <12V: Recharge your booster to prevent irreversible deterioration of your battery.
• From 12 to 12.6V: Your booster needs to be recharged.
• From 12.6 to 13.4V: Your booster is sufficiently charged.
• >13.4V: There is an overvoltage on your battery, verify the state of your charger, or your
alternator if the booster has been connected to the vehicle.
- Press the USB power button. Following an audible beep, the backlit LCD screen will
display the battery status and the voltage indicator, as well as the "USB" icon, which
indicates that the USBs port may be used. The backlight will turn on for 10 seconds. The
unit will stay on until the USB power button is pressed to turn the unit off.
