NOTE: This tool is shipped completely assembled. No assembly time or
tools are required.
INSTALLING THE BLADE
The blade screw and nut lock the blade in the holder. The nut has a recess
on one side and the blade screw has a shoulder that fits within this recess.
NOTE: To avoid pinching and breakage of the blade make sure the recess
in the nut faces the screw head and the shoulder on the screw projects
slightly into this recess before installing the blade. Insert the blade into
the blade holder and over the screw, see Fig. 1. Use the wrench furnished
with your saw and apply only enough torque to firmly hold the blade.
NOTE: Do not over tighten as damage to the screw or nut may result.

TO START AND STOP SAW

Make sure power circuit voltage is the same as shown on the
specification plate on the saw. Connect saw to power circuit.

Squeeze switch trigger (A) Fig. 2 to start motor. Release trigger to stop
motor. This saw has a variable speed switch, as the switch trigger is
squeezed, the speed of the saw blade increases.

Lock Button – A lock button (B) Fig. 2, is provided to keep the saw running at
the fastest speed without
holding the switch trigger
"ON". To lock the switch
trigger on, squeeze the
trigger as far as it will
go and push in the lock
button and release trigger.
To unlock the lock button,
squeze trigger allowing the
lock button free to spring out,
and release.
ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the tool from the power source.
