UV Lamp
Once flow has been established, the 4000TOCe is ready to begin taking TOC meas-
urements. If sensor activation is desired at this time, set the UV Lamp to On. Allow
approximately one minute for readings to begin. Additional time (approximately 4-24
hours) may be necessary for the readings to stabilize as the sample line rinses clean,
and the TOC sensor reaches thermal stability.
Auto Start
The 4000TOCe sensor can be configured such that the UV lamp will automatically turn on
after recovering from a power loss or fault condition. If automatic recovery is desired, set
the Auto Start option to 'Yes'.
It is recommended that Auto Start be set to 'Yes'. The default setting is 'No'.
Analog outputs

By selecting Yes the linear 4–20 mA analog output Aout1

Selecting No means that no analog output is set up.
Aout1 min, Aout1 max are the minimum and maximum measu-
rement values for the 4 and 20 mA values respectively.
Set Points

quick setup is done and the menus are exited without setting
