YOGURT:
1. Plugin the appliance.
2. The function lights and dashes on the display will blink, indicating that the unit is in
standby mode. Select the Yogurt setting by pressing the SELECTION button until
the light above the YOGURT setting flashes.
3. Press the INICIAR/DETENER button and the light above your selected yogurt will
turn solid and the display screen will illustrate that the cooking has begun through
either a the time count down or dashes flashing in a clockwise rotation.
4. You can change time with the up and down arrows from 7 hours to 12 hours.
SLOW COOK:
Most recipes can be cooked on either high or low. Many recipes will give the time for
both.
Low: normally used for longer cook times and less tender cuts of meat, 8 or 10 hours
High: Used to shorten cook time. One hour on high is equal to about 2 hours on low.

Add ingredients to the cooking pot and cover with glass lid

choose HIGH or LOW setting.
3. You can choose high or low cooker by clicking the slow cook button once
the display will read 'LO' clicking the slow cook button twice the display
will read 'HI'.

Program for HIGH is set for 4 hours and program for LOW is set for 8 hours. To
adjust the time, press the arrows keys up or down until the desired number of
minutes is showing on the display.

SAUTE/SEAR:
Note: Do not close lid during Sear/Saute function.
1. Plug in the appliance. Select SOFREÍR function on the display
2. Add oil or butter to the cooking pot (if using)
3. The unit will preheat. The unit will beep two times once it's fully preheated. The timer
will not start until unit gets to temperature.
4. Sear or saute as you would on a stove top once the unit is preheated. Stir
ingredients.Flip the food halfway through to sear on both sides or stir while
sauteing.
5. Default time is 15 min with maximum time of 30min.
6. Refer to your recipe for more precise times
7. When you are done with the function, remove food and turn unit off or keep the food
in the pot to continue to cooking process (i.e. if searing prior to slow cooking).
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT: Never immerse cooking base in water or other liquids.
1. Always unplug the multicooker and allow to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Wash cooking bowl in warm water and dish soap. If food sticks to the cooking bowl,
