Periodical revisions
It is required to carry out periodical revisions and maintenance of the subassemblies of the generator mentioned below.
NOTE! All maintenance actions must be realised when the device is turned off and not functioning. It is also required to disconnect
any electrical devices from the generator.
NOTE! If any service action is not described below, then the in order to have the action in question carried out, the device must
be sent to a specialist service shop.
NOTE! If the device is cleaned with a solvent, any contact of the solvent with the skin and the eyes must be avoided. Use personal
protection means.

(*) In case the generator is operated in a dusty atmosphere, a higher frequency is recommended.
It is recommended to replace the fuel tank every three years. If any leakage of the fuel installation is detected then it is prohibited
to operate the generator.
Maintenance of the air filter
NOTE! It is prohibited to operate the generator if the air filter is not installed.
Maintenance actions of the air filter must be carried out in accordance with the procedure indicated in „PREPARATIONS FOR
OPERATION".
Maintenance of the spark plug
Open the access panel to the spark plug. (XI)
Disconnect the cable from the spark plug.
Remove the spark plug using the spark plug wrench. (XI)
Clean the electrodes with a wire brush.
Check the distance between the electrodes, which should amount to 0.7 mm to 0.8 mm. (XII)
In case the electrodes are burnt or the ceramic protection is broken, the spark plug must be replaced with a new one.
Install the spark plug.
Connect the cable to the spark plug. Close the access panel.
Maintenance of the fuel filter
Dismantle the fuel inlet cover.
Remove the fuel inlet filter. (XIII)
Clean the fuel inlet filter using compressed air.
Remove the fuel filter cover and clean it thoroughly of the residues of fuel and contamination.
If required replace the gasket.
Install the filter.
