Battery charged to > 90%.
Radio with Battery Inserted,
Battery waiting to be charged. Battery
out of temp or volt range, or charger
waiting for enable signal from radio.
Radio with Battery Inserted,
Invalid or Damaged Battery, will not
charge. Shorted battery, open battery
contact, corrupted EPROM data, Invalid
Motorola identifier, no EPROM.
Radio with Battery Inserted but does not
support LED scheme.
