Programming of the torque and angle values – the wrench is equipped with fi ve memory banks in which the torque and angle values may be saved. Press
button (2) to select one of the fi ve memory banks. The adjusted torque value will be displayed. In order to save settings in a memory bank, hold button (2) for 5-
10 seconds, until „SEt" is displayed. Once the present torque value has been displayed, it may be reset pressing button (4) or the required value may be adjusted
pressing button (2). Each digit is set individually, and the user may go the next digit pressing button (5). In order to confi rm the setting, press button (3). The
wrench will automatically go to the angle value settings, which are realised similarly to the torque value. Attention! If once button (3) has been pressed „Erro"
is displayed, it means a value beyond the range of the wrench has been selected. In such a case the tool will go back to the value settings in order to perform
correct adjustments. Attention! If no button is pressed for six seconds after going to the setting mode, the wrench will automatically go the operating mode.
Display backlight – press and hold button (5) in order to turn the display backlight on, which will facilitate operation in poor light conditions. In order In order
to turn the display backlight off, press button (5) again and hold it for fi ve seconds.
Work with the wrench – the wrench is equipped with a three-colour LED. If the reading of the wrench is below 50% of the programmed torque or angle value,
the diode lights in green. In case of values which are closer to the programmed ones, the diode lights in orange. If a value which is 5 Nm lower than the pro-
grammed torque value is reached, the buzzer goes off. Within ± 2% from the programmed value, the diode lights in red, and the buzzer emits an alarm sequence.
In case the programmed value is exceeded by 2%, the buzzer emits a continuous alarm sound, and the diode lights in green. Switching to the angle indication
is realised by pressing button (5). Attention! If the buzzer emits a continuous alarm sound, then the pressure upon the wrench must be immediately released,
particularly if low torque or angle values have been programmed.
Operation tips – Do not install any extensions of the handle of the wrench, since it would distort its indications. Do not use the wrench, if low battery level is
indicated. Low batteries may lead to a distortion of the indicated values. The wrench is not a measuring device, as it is construed in the Measures Law. The
wrench has been calibrated by the manufacturer, and the attached calibration certifi cate should be kept. In case it has been lost, it will not be replaced. The
wrench must be operated with due care. Avoid any impact and do not drop the wrench. Should the wrench be dropped, it must be calibrated again. In order to
maintain the required repeatability of indications, it is recommended to calibrate the wrench periodically. Make sure the equipment installed on the driver of the
wrench withholds the load implied by the programmed torque or angle values. Clean the wrench with a soft cotton cloth. Do not use petrol, solvents or caustic
substances to clean the tool. The wrench should be stored in a dry room in the provided individual case. In case of a prolonged storage remove the batteries
from the battery compartment. Always replace all the batteries; do not mix old and new batteries.
