ASSEMBLING THE PEAK
1.1 Disassemble the visor or the side plates from the helmet (see instructions above).
1.2 Position the left side part of the peak on the corresponding side mechanism cen-
tring the side hole of the peak on the mechanism (Fig.29).
1.3 Push the release lever of the mechanism completely upwards and then push the
peak against the mechanism (Fig.30).

Then ensure that the peak remains hooked to the mechanism by pulling it out-
wards.
1.5 Follow the previous operations on the right side of the helmet.
WARNING
-
Make sure that the mechanisms are working properly. Rotate the peak upwards or
downwards ensuring that the mechanisms hold it in the two different positions. If
necessary, repeat the above-mentioned operations.
-
Do not force the peak beyond its end-stop positions: this could damage the peak
or the side mechanisms.
-
Do not use the helmet if the peak has not been assembled properly.
-
Do not remove the side mechanisms from the shell.
-
Should any of the side mechanisms fail or be damaged, please contact a Nolan-
