PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
The fi ve-point laser projects reference laser spots. The product can project one reference laser spot per each of fi ve surfaces in
a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system. They provide reference for alignment during various work, including building
refurbishment and construction. The battery power supply system facilitates operation in the fi eld. Before using this instrument,
read and understand this Operating Manual and follow its instructions.
CAUTION! This product is not a measuring instrument (meter) as construed under the Polish Act of Measures.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Laser light is hazardous to the eyes. Do not stare directly into the laser beam. Do not direct the laser beam at people or animals.
Keep the product out of the reach of children. Never let children operate the product.
Do not operate the product in an explosive atmosphere or near a source of fi re.
Do not immerse the product in water or any other liquid. The relative humidity at the operating location of the product must not
exceed 85% without condensation.
Do not expose the product to high temperatures. Example: never leave the product in a vehicle with doors and windows closed.
It is recommended to use high-class alkaline batteries to power the product. Rechargeable Ni-MH batteries of the size specifi ed
in the Technical Data table above can also be used. If rechargeable Ni-MH batteries are used, the operating parameters of the
product can be derated (reduced) due to a lower rated supply voltage. Replace all batteries at the same time. Do not use spent
disposable batteries with new disposable batteries, or drained rechargeable batteries with fully-charged rechargeable batteries.
Never use disposable batteries with rechargeable batteries.
If the product will be stored (not used) for over 1 month, the batteries must be removed from the product to prevent an electrolyte
spill, which could otherwise cause irreparable damage to the product. If there is an electrolyte spill, avoid contact of the skin with
the electrolyte. Wipe off the electrolyte from the product with a dry and soft cloth. Do not dispose of the battery or the product
together with regular (household) waste; follow your local regulations for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
disposal.
Protect the product from shocks and/or impact. Do not store the product together with other tools. Transport the product off with
the laser pointer dome locked.
USING THE PRODUCT
Installing the batteries
Remove the set screw from the battery compartment cover and remove the cover. Install the batteries. Mind the proper battery
polarity. Close the battery compartment with the cover and secure the cover with the set screw.
Turning on the product
Slide the power switch to stop towards "ON" (II) to turn on the product. Five laser spots will be projected, with one per each projec-
tion plane opposite to each face of the laser pointer dome. The product will only project laser spots when the tripod threaded nut
is vertically downward. Reorienting the product beyond the laser pointer self-levelling range will automatically stop the projection
of the light spots. The light spots are projected again when the product is in a correct position again.
