CHANGING CUTTER
1. Remove the backing arm to allow enough space for disassembling
cutting bit. Bring the cutout in line with the snap ring flaps and pull
off the backing arm from the unit (Figs.4 & 5).
2. The cutting bit is held with a grub screw. Turn the fork to expose
the grub screw (Fig.6).
3. Loosen the grub screw with the included 2.5 mm Allen key and
remove the cutting bit from the holder (Fig.6).
4. Insert a new cutting bit, making sure that the flattening is aligned
under the grub screw (Fig.6).
5. Tighten the grub screw.
6. Replace the backing arm back to the air spot welding cutter, paying
attention to the correct position.
LUBRICATION & MAINTENACE
Oil tool before each use. 4 to 5 drops Air Tool Oil placed in the air inlet is sufficient.
Use proper air pressure and CFM rating listed for this tool.
Tightness of parts
Regularly check whether all connection parts are fastened securely.
Follow this procedure daily before beginning work.
Storage
Avoid storing the tool in a location subject to high humidity. If the tool is left unused, the residual
moisture inside the tool can cause rust. Before storing and after operation, oil the tool at the air inlet
with an air tool oil and run it for a short period.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools,
accessories and packaging must be sorted, sent to a recycling center and disposed of
in an environmentally sound manner.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of this product at the end of its life according to the disposal regulations of your
region. Contact your local waste authority for recycling.
