ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION
This dispenser is specially designed to extrude equal amounts of Catalyst and
Universal Paste.
Refer to the Instructions for Use of PANAVIA 21 prior to use.
Ⅱ. CLINICAL PROCEDURES
A. Dispensing procedure
1. Remove the syringe cap(1).
2. Slowly turn the dispensing knob(2) one complete turn to the right until it clicks.
[NOTE]
Always dispense paste in complete turn increments.
3. Dispense the extruded paste onto the mixing pad being carefully not to press the tip
too hard. Discard the pastes if the amount of both pastes were not dispensed
equally, and dispense it again.
4. Replace the syringe cap(1) as indicated on the insertion guide(3) when the product is
stored.
B. Replacing syringe refill
1. Unlock the dispenser cover(4) using a coin or other small object, and remove.
2. Remove the empty syringe pair from the dispenser by gently and carefully pull on the
joint(8); avoid damage to the dispenser.
3. Pull the clutch(5) back to the end.
4. Insert a refill pair into the dispenser chamber. Place the flange(7) into the flange
holder(6).
5. Return dispenser cover(4).

Dispose of this product as a medical waste to prevent infection.
