BAIN MARIE MODE
The bain-marie mode should be used for heating bottles and jars. The bain-marie
mode does not allow you to control the exact temperature of the preparation you
are heating. The choice of the bain-marie mode should be adapted to the amount
of preparation to be heated and material of the container:

Open the lid of the heating unit#1.
