Error messages

When problems occur with disc playback, an
error message appears on the display. Refer to
the table below to identify the problem, then
take the suggested corrective action. If the error
persists, contact your dealer or your nearest
PIONEER Service Center.

Error messages on the OEL display

ERROR-11, 12, Dirty disc
17, 30
ERROR-11, 12, Scratched disc

ERROR-14 Blank disc
ERROR-10, 11, Electrical or
12, 14, 17, 30, mechanical

ERROR-44 All tracks are
skip tracks.

Action
Clean disc.
Replace disc.
Check the disc.
Turn the ignition
ON and OFF, or
switch to a
different source,
then back to the
built-in player.
Replace disc.

scratched.
