STORING YOUR a-JAYS FIVE EARPHONES
Always store your a-JAYS Five earphones in a
dust and damp-free environment. Using the JAYS
carrying case always ensures you keep your
earphones well protected and safe.
CLEANING
Clean your earphones regularly using an
antiseptic cloth or wipe. Keep sleeves free of wax
and other build-up. Wax and dirt can adversely
affect sound quality and can damage your
earphones. Furthermore, ensure that no moisture
penetrates the nozzle when cleaning as this may
damage the delicate dynamic speakers inside
the earphones.

Changing the sleeves
The sleeves can be removed by carefully sliding
them off the earphones. When replacing, check
that the sleeves' rubber notches are securely
fastened in the locking groove.

shows signs of clogging, carefully use a tooth-
brush to clean it.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
Hearing
These earphones are very powerful. Listening at
high volumes for prolonged periods can cause
permanent hearing damage. Always listen at a
low to moderate volume and remember to rest
your ears once in a while. If your ears start ring-
ing or aching, remove the earphones immediately
in order to rest your ears. Occupational Safety
Health Administration (OSHA) has developed
below noise exposure graph.
