Vibration level

The vibration emission level stated in this instruction manual has been measured in
accordance with a standardized test given in EN 61029; it may be used to compare one
power tool with another and as a preliminary assessment of exposure to vibration when
using the power tool for the applications mentioned.
• Using the power tool for different applications, or with different or poorly maintained
accessories, may significantly increase the exposure level.
• The times when the power tool is switched off or when it is running but not actually
doing the job, may significantly reduce the exposure level. Identify additional safety
measures to protect the operator from the effects of vibration such as: maintain the
power tool and the accessories, keep the hands warm, organization of work patterns.
OPERATION
Installation of auxiliary handle and depth stop
Note: Operate the power tool only with the auxiliary handle installed.
To fix the auxiliary handle (4) to the power tool, first loosen the handle by rotating it anticlockwise
until the clamp can go through the chuck. Slide the clamp on the front of the drill body and
set the required position. You can swivel the auxiliary handle in order to achieve a safe
and stable posture during operation. Maximally tighten the handle by rotating it clockwise.
