The GPS receiver may be
blocked by a hand or another
object such as a building or tree.
Cause: Even in an environment
where radio waves can be
received, the GPS accuracy may
be lowered in a street of offi ce
buildings or between buildings
due to the time difference of
signals or lowered S/N ratio
cause by a multipath (several
radio wave routes from a single
satellite to a single receiver
resulting from such factors as
refl ection; an occurrence similar
to a ghost phenomenon in
television.
This product is not capable
of automatic time difference
adjustment.

batteries with new ones.
This product will automatically
turn off after fi ve minutes of
non-operation. Please press
the [POWER] button again.
Blockage of the GPS receiver
by a hand or an object
will make signal reception
diffi cult. Please see that the
antenna part is not covered
by a hand or object.
Make sure the GPS has a
clear view of the sky.
This is not a fault. Please use
it in a place not affected by a
multipath.
When the product is in use
overseas, you will need to
adjust the time difference of
the clock according to the
region each time. (Please
note that this product does
not support daylight saving
time).
