FOR
2 or 3 players, from age 6 upwards
COntEnts
- 1 triangular board.
- 1 base.
- 3 sets of coloured pieces (each set includes three pieces with
the value 1, three pieces with the value 2, three pieces with
the value 3, three pieces with the value 4, ans 1 piece with
the value 5). 39 pieces in total.
- 1 set of rules
aiM OF thE GaME
To place one's pieces on the board in balance and obtain the
s
highest score.
PREPaRinG thE GaME
Place the base in the middle of the table. Place the triangular
s
board on top of the basen ensuring the board is in balance.
(See fig. 1 on the back of the box)
Each player receives the right amount coloured pieces.
- For three players, everyone receives 9 pieces : two "1"pieces,
two "2" pieces, two "3" pieces, two '4' pieces and one "5"
piece in his colour.
- For two players, everyone receives all 13 pieces of his colour.
PLayinG thE GaME
The youngest player begins. The games qontinueus clockwise.
s
Each player in turn tries to place one of his pieces in the best
s
possible free space to get as many points as he can.
The value of the piece multiplied by the value of the space
s
give you the points for that move. (Example...2 (piece value) x
5 (space value) = 10). Points are added up at the end of the
game. Do not bother to keep score whilst playing.
The board will tip when you place your piece in a space and
s
then stabilise again.
Two things can happen :
s
- The board remains in balance...even after touching the table
for a moment. The move is valid. It is the next player's turn.
- The board sticks to the table. The player must take his piece
back and passes. He may try to use the piece again later.
Once you have started to place a piece in a certain space, you
cannot change your mind.
EnD OF thE GaME
If a player manages to play his last piece, his opponents con-
s
tinue playing so they can try to catch up.
But they need to be careful. The slightest mistake (the board
touching the table) means that the game is over for that player.
Also, the pieces they have been unable to play are deducted
from their score.
sCORinG anD winniG
To find out how many points they have, the players take their
s
pieces off the board one by one and add up the result. Place
the game board on the legs of the red base to prevent the
board from tumbling over. This way you can count your points
without the pieces falling off the board. They must also subtract
the value of their remaining pieces from their score.
The player with the highest score wins.
s
PRÉCisiOns
- The game also ends if no more "valid" moves are possible.
s
- To make things easier we advise you to add up the scores at
the end of the game.
- In the event of disagreement, use a sheet of paper. If it passes
between the board and the table, the move is valid.
