INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• VISOR
DISASSEMBLY
1.1 Pull the visor fully up.
1.2 Push the visor release button (A) and hold it down. Slide the visor forwards to the
release position (Fig. 1).
1.3 Release the visor fastenings (B1 and B2).
1.4 Repeat the operations above on the other side of the helmet.
WARNING!!!

After assembly and disassembly of visor parts pull the visor up and down to check that
the mechanism is working correctly; if necessary repeat the operations above.

Do not remove the mechanisms for pulling the visor up and down from the shell.

If the mechanisms for pulling the visor up and down are damaged or faulty please con-
tact an authorised Nolan dealer.
ASSEMBLY
2.1 Pull the visor up and align the fastenings (B1 and B2) with the corresponding hous-
ings on the visor mechanism (Fig. 2).
2.2 Insert fastening B1 into the corresponding housing and press the visor against the
shell in alignment with fastening B2. This will activate the visor release button (Fig. 2).
2.3 Slide the visor until the visor lock system locks
2.4 Repeat the operations above on the other side of the helmet.

CHEEK PAD REMOVAL
TOP REMOVABLE VERSION
1) Open the chin strap (see specific instructions) and pull the front of the left cheek pad
towards the inside of the helmet to undo the fastening buttons on its back (Fig. 3).
2) Remove the left cheek pad from the helmet by pulling the left chin strap out of the slot
of the cheek pad (Fig. 4).
3) Repeat these steps for the right cheek pad.
N. B.: it is not necessary to remove neither the polystyrene cheek pads with the locking
holes for the fastening buttons of the pads nor the chin guard from the helmet shell.
BASIC REMOVABLE VERSION
1) Open the chin strap (see specific instructions) and pull the front of the left cheek pad
towards the inside of the helmet to unfasten it from the chin guard and from the inner
shell (Fig.5).
2) Extract the cheek pad from the helmet by pulling the chin strap out of the slot on the
cheek pad (Fig. 6).
3) Repeat these steps for the right cheek pad.
Warning: while removing the cheek pad, hold the chin guard firmly in place.
WARNING!!!

After each removal or restoring of the comfort padding, check the comfort by wearing
the helmet and, if necessary, repeat the steps described above.
