MULTISTAGE COOKING

Some recipes require different stages of cooking at different power levels to
get better results. You can program oven for 2 cooking stages. Each stage
can be programmed with a different power level and time.
Step
Procedure
Follow steps 1 and 2 for
TIME COOKING for the first stage.

(do not press START)
Example: To cook at 90% power level for 10 minutes
for first stage.

Press MULTISTAGE COOKING.
Enter cooking time and power level for
the second stage.
Example: To cook at 20% power level for 3 minutes for
3
second stage.

Press START.
Note: • After total time has elapsed, 4 beeps sound and END appears in
display. Press STOP/RESET or open oven door to clear before
starting another cooking function.

100% • Cooking poultry, vegetables,
and most casseroles. Boiling
water.
• Preheating a browning dish.
90% • Reheating rice and pasta.
80% • Reheating precooked or
prepared food quickly.
• Cooking fish.
70% • Cooking cheese dishes.
60% • Cooking scrambled eggs.
• Baking cakes.

50% • Cooking custards and pasta.
• Cooking rump roast, ham,
veal, lamb.
40% • Cooking less tender cuts of meat
in liquid or slow-cooking dishes.
• Completing the cooking cycle
of less tender roasts.
30% • Completing the cooking cycle
of casseroles, stews, sauces.
• Manual defrosting.
20% • Softening chocolate.
• Clarifying butter.
• Heating breads, rolls, pancakes,
tacos, tortillas, French toast.
10% • Softening cream cheese, butter.
• Keeping casseroles warm.
