D) Refit the valve complete with the spring inside the device. First insert the cylindrical pin of the valve, then slide in the valve and
engage the support in its seat.
E) Check the valve moves smoothly in both directions. Make sure that the spring is correctly centred on the valve and the support.
F) Refit the dissipation plate (making sure that the holes are positioned correctly, see picture above) after inserting a new o-ring in the
designated seat. To keep the o-ring in position, use a synthetic grease suitable for o-rings (PTFE grease is recommended). Do not
use mineral based grease to lubricate the o-rings!
CAUTION: after replacing the flow sensor, calibration must be carried out as described in chapter "5". If
this is not done, the pump may not stop correctly!
