Before connecti ng the IRH to the power again, it needs to be completely dry.
REPAIRS
Repairs on the IRH should never be done yourself. In case of any damages to your IRHs,
please contact us or one of our partners.
DISPOSAL
Our Heat4All IRHs may not be desposed of via normal household waste but
have to be disposed of at special waste colletcti on places or submitt ed to an
electronics store that will dispose of them for you. For further informati on,
please refer to your local waste disposal offi ce.
WARRANTY
The Heat4All Vertriebs GmbH grants customers a 96-month warranty (SmartLine: 60
months) on their IRHs' heati ng performance and a 36-month warranty on the picture
surfaces, warranty starti ng on the date of issue of the invoice or delivery note.
Within this warranty period, any manufacturing or material fault will be amended by
either repair or replacement of the defect parts or (at the discreti on of the Heat4All
Vertriebs GmbH) by replacement of the IRH with a fully functi oning IRH of the same
value.
Conditi on for any warranty adjustments/replacements is that the IRH has been hand-
led appropriately and with care. Any claims exceeding our warranty program are stric-
tly excluded.
In the case of valid warranty claims, our warranty program only includes the repair of
the IRH. Further claims as well as other liabiliti es for any consequenti al damages are
strictly excluded.
The warranty shall cease to be valid should the fabricati on number be no longer reco-
gnizable or if it has been removed, this applies especially to the serial number as well
as the identi fi cati on plate.
We cannot grant any warranty adjustments in the case of scratches on the glass or fra-
me aft er the fi rst usage. Any damages resulti ng from impact, inappropriate handling,
moisture or other external factors, do not fall under our warranty.
Slight crackling noises, which may be caused by irregulariti es on the wall or ceiling on
which the panel is mounted, are to be expected, do not warrant any claims and do not
aff ect the IRH's performance.
In the case of our Mirror Panels, slight opti cal distorti ons along the edges are caused
by technical reasons and do not warrant any claims either.
In the case of any valid warranty claims, the IRH has to be well-packed and sent to one
of our service partners or directly to our issuing manufactory, together with the invoice
and a detailed descripti on of the damage/error. We will not except any shippings sent
with freight collect / freight forward.
