OIL LEAKS
Defective oil pressure gauge. Replace gauge.
LOW OIL PRESSURE
Oil foaming in crankcase. Drain existing lu-
bricant, thoroughly clean crankcase, replace
lubricant.
Debris or other obstruction blocking oil flow.
Inspect/clean all oil passages.
EXCESSIVE OIL PRESSURE FLUCTUATIONS
(LESS THAN 5 PSI)
Oil foaming in crankcase. Drain existing lu-
bricant, thoroughly clean crankcase, replace
lubricant.
Debris or other obstruction blocking oil flow.
Inspect/clean all oil passages.
TROUBLE SHOOTING:
ELECTRIC DRAINING
VALVE WILL NOT CLOSE
Debris in solenoid valve prevents diaphragm
from seating. Remove solenoid valve, disas-
semble, clean and reassemble.
Short in electrical component. Check and re-
place power cord or timer as needed.
TIMER WILL NOT ACTIVATE
No electrical supply. Apply power.
Timer malfunction. Replace timer.
Clogged port. Clean valve.
Solenoid valve malfunction. Replace solenoid
valve.
Clogged strainer. Clean strainer.
