USE OF THE PEDALS
Depress pedal (E2) to operate the pants extender. The command operates intermittently since it opens and
closes the extender alternately. The green indicator light (B) comes on each time the pedal is depressed.
Press pedal (E1) to operate the aspirator.
HOW TO CHANGE THE COVER
Unscrew the plug (1) and the two Allen screws (2) and (3) to remove the extender.
Remove the old cover from the ironing board.
Using a screwdriver, make three holes in the new cover for the two screws and plug.
Fit the new cover on to the ironing board and tighten the two screws and plug.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) Maintenance work must only be carried out by specialized personnel.
2) Never leave the ironing board unattended with the iron powered and resting on the ironing board cover.
First switch off both the suction board and iron and place this latter on its support.
3) Change the ironing board cover every 6 months.
4) Use an iron at a temperature of not more than 130° or, even better, with a Teflon sole.
5) Replace the thermostat in the ironing board after every 3000 hours service approx.
6) Never obstruct the air outlet (C).
CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS AFTER WORK
1) Turn off the main green switch (A).
FAULTS
The ironing board fails to
heat
The aspirator fails to operate
The extender fails to operate
The ironing board suction
action is insufficient
The extender fails to reach
end of travel or hits strongly
against the end part.

CAUSE
• Heating element burnt out.
• Thermostat broken.
• Broken micro.
• Motor condenser burnt out.
• The solenoid valve of the air
distributor has burnt out.
• No air.
• The air distributor needs adjusting.
• Clogged air filter.
• Cover full of dust
• Air dampers not regulated.
REMEDIES
• Replace the heating element.
• Replace the thermostat.
• Replace the micro.
• Replace the motor condenser.
• Replace the solenoid valve.
• Make sure that the machine is
being supplied
compressed air.
• Regulate the air distributor.
• Replace the air filter or the
entire unit.
• Change the cover.
• Adjust the two air dampers
(N) and (P).
