RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1 - Press the switch (A) (position "I") to turn on cook roller heating.
The indicator light (C) turns on.
2 - Turn the switch/regulator (D) and set resistance heating power.
The indicator light (B) turns on.
As soon as the appliance has reached the ideal temperature, place hot dogs on the
cook rollers to cook them.
Important
For best results, always keep the appliance running and only turn it off at the end
of the work day.
Caution - Precaution
To prevent burns, use suitable utensils to place and retrieve hot dogs.
For first appliance use, remove any protective film lining and run at maximum tem-
perature (about 15 minutes) without food product to eliminate any unpleasant

odours. Wait until the appliance cools and, if odour persists, repeat the operation.
APPLIANCE CLEANING
Before cleaning the appliance (at the end of the day or when necessary) turn power off
(or disconnect the power cord) and make sure the cook surface is fully cooled.
– Remove the residue tray.
– Wash the drip tray with food safe detergents, rinse and dry thoroughly before reassem-
bling.
– Accurately clean the work surface and all surrounding areas.
– Clean external appliance surfaces with a damp cloth or sponge.
Caution - Precaution
Only clean with food safe detergents. Never use corrosive or flammable cleaning
products or products that contain substances harmful to human health.
