8. Maintenance

To clean the machine, first turn off the machine and wipe with a soft cloth.
Make sure that the machine is cool when replacing the blade. Be careful with
the blade, it is very sharp.

9. Troubleshooting

1. Papelr
If there is an error when loading the paper, check the size of the bags,
check that they are correctly placed, check that the distance between bags
is more than 1.5 seconds before and after the bag.
2. Print head
If the printhead overheats, an error occurs. The print head temperature
has exceeded the maximum set operating temperature. When the head
automatically cools, the device will work normally again.
3. The equipment does not boot:
Check if the equipment is connected and if the power supply is normal;
check that the power switch; Check if the fuse is damaged. Once these
checks have been made, restart the device.
If you still cannot use the equipment correctly, contact the technical service
or the manufacturer.
